MP4 ACADEMY — TERMS & CONDITIONS Paid Editing Community on Whop Effective: May 2025 | Price: $80/month

1. ABOUT MP4 ACADEMY

MP4 Academy is a premium paid video editing community hosted on Whop. We help creators master modern editing styles — including Devin Jatho's approach, Metro Media aesthetics, and Minimal editing techniques. Before advanced editing, all members are guided through the fundamentals of editing theory, software basics, storytelling through cuts, color, and sound design.

2. MEMBERSHIP & PRICING

  • Membership fee: $80 per month, billed via Whop

  • Membership auto-renews every month unless cancelled before the renewal date

  • Access begins immediately upon successful payment

  • By joining, you agree to all terms in this document

3. WEEKLY SCHEDULE

  • Every Sunday: Live Master Class (2–3 hours)

  • 2 days after each Master Class: Doubt Clearing Session

  • 1-on-1 sessions and requested tutorials: available on request

4. WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Weekly Sunday Live Master Class (2–3 hours)

  • Doubt session held 2 days after each master class

  • 1-on-1 personalized support (upon request)

  • Requested tutorials on specific topics

  • Editing styles covered: Devin Jatho Style, Metro Media, Minimal Editing

  • All sessions begin with fundamentals before advancing to styles

5. COMMUNITY RULES

  • No harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior

  • Do not share session recordings or course materials outside the group

  • No spamming or unauthorized self-promotion

  • Give constructive, professional feedback on edits

  • Members violating rules may be removed without refund

6. REFUND POLICY

All payments are final once access is granted. No refunds for partial months, missed classes, or personal circumstances. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current cycle. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first will result in permanent account termination.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content — live sessions, replays, tutorials, presets, and materials — is the exclusive property of MP4 Academy. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without written permission. Screen-recording without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. DISCLAIMERS

  • MP4 Academy does not guarantee specific results or career outcomes

  • Class schedules may occasionally shift; members will be notified in advance

  • MP4 Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Whop

  • 1-on-1 sessions and requested tutorials are subject to instructor availability

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

MP4 Academy may remove members for: violation of community rules, sharing paid content externally, abusive behavior, fraudulent payments, unauthorized recording, or any illegal conduct. Terminated members are not entitled to refunds and will be permanently banned.

10. AMENDMENTS

MP4 Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued membership after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.
